Future Development
Aluminum alloy castings are produced using metal gravity casting, which allows for the casting of various grades of cast aluminum alloys. Combined with argon refining, T6 heat treatment, and shot peening surface finishing, this process can produce cast aluminum alloy parts that meet relatively high quality requirements.
The machining workshop is equipped with six mechanical processing production lines, all of which are composed of machining centers and CNC lathes from American Haas, Taiwan Chin-Min, Taiwan Li-Wei, and other manufacturers, enabling the high‑precision machining and manufacturing of products.
The introduction of surface alloy catalysis technology enables surface alloying of steel, iron, aluminum, and aluminum alloys. The metal surfaces treated with this catalysis exhibit high hardness, excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as superior high-temperature performance. This technology can produce coatings of uniform thickness even on parts with complex geometries, while maintaining relatively stable and consistent appearance and resisting easy delamination. It represents a new generation of environmentally friendly surface alloy catalysis technology.
